According to Mohr, an entrepreneur should have Purpose, Passion, and Genuity. As he speaks in the podcast, a person needs to have that genuine drive every day he wakes up with the passion and gratitude to do better and add value to other people’s lives. He says, ‘This is your core, and you must be genuine about it.’
Moreover, he takes the conversation towards the industry scams, showcasing their power and money, but none of that is real. An entrepreneur journey is not an overnighter, and Charles has proved it. He talks about the misfortunes he had to face both emotionally and financially. The first setback he quotes is when a hurricane wiped his house and boats, leaving him and his family of one child to live on rent and a yacht! According to him, living on a yacht made him realize things he never had before. Fast forward to 2012, when he built his house again from scratch, just for it to get destroyed again after just two weeks!
